Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 8–20 days.
Will I receive a track and trace code?
Yes, you will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order. At Nubba Living we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if you’d like to keep it.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Can I still change my order?
You can change your order within 48 hours after placing it. After this period, production and processing begin, and unfortunately changes are no longer possible.
Does someone need to be present at the delivery?
Yes, we kindly ask that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the sofa. If this is not possible, you can authorize the delivery company to leave the order in a safe place (for example a garage or carport). Please note that this option is at your own risk.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel or change your order within 48 hours after placing it. After this period, production and processing begin, and the order can no longer be canceled.
